The room, a Family Suite, offered spacious comfort with a writing table, a cozy sofa, and a pristine en suite bathroom. Wi-Fi access was reliable, great for staying connected. I loved the food served in the cafe-breakfast, lunch, and dinner were always varied and delicious. The staff were available around the clock to assist with needs. The breakfast setup was disappointing. It lacked the buffet style expected from a hotel. Only one small beverage was provided, and the inability to substitute items without extra cost felt limiting.

We enjoyed this place and awesome food.

Had an EXCEPTIONAL view and the breakfast was good. Location: the hotel was so close to the Mosque and Bishkek in July. The atmosphere created was family.

The junior suite was spacious and comfy with air conditioning, a tv, and a mini bar. Super clean, with free toiletries and a cozy seating area. The staff were 24/7 and. The cafe had amazing food, especially at breakfast, so tasty!

I recently spent a weekend at a hotel in Bishkek and was impressed by the helpfulness and presentation of the reception team, who were all English-speaking. The bellboy was also very kind in helping us with our heavy luggage. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered a cozy cafe and had everything we needed in the room, from a nice TV to an air conditioner and comfortable beds.

The hotel was not soundproof and we had trouble sleeping due to noise from other guests on our floor. the hotel was not located in the city center, which made getting around a bit more difficult.
